General Shipping Policies

How Do You Ship?
Mama's Organic Baby offers FREE Ground SHIPPING for orders $100.00 or more within the contiguous 48 United States, unless otherwise stated by USPS.  Please note that the order must be $100.00 or more after all discounts, promotions or coupons applied.  Tax ( if applicable ) does not count towards free shipping.  Also some products have over sized surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping.  For items that do not have free shipping, it will be noted on the product page and shipping costs will be provided during check out.   Over sized items are shipped by freight carrier.

Standard Shipping Method
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 within the contiguous 48 United States for all orders under $100.00.  We ship many of our packages via USPS Priority Mail at this rate.  However, the method of shipping is determined by the actual size and weight of the package.  For larger heavier packages we use either UPS or FED EX.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We try our best to ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment.  Delivery time takes anywhere between 2- 7 days depending on the destination of the package.  For guaranteed shipment, please select either 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select.  Orders placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.  Ordered placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or a recognized Holiday.  Items shipped directly from the manufacturer take about 3-4 days processing time and 5-10 days in shipping.  All items shipped in this manner are indicated within the product description.

Oversized Items & Freight Shipping
Large items purchased  at Mama's Organic Baby such as, certain mattress sizes and bulky furniture do NOT qualify for Free shipping.  Certain items available on Mama's Organic Baby are required to be shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier, rather than standard carriers, because they are too heavy or require special handling. If your purchase will be delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight company via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.  You will need to be present to sign for the item. Unless otherwise specified with "White Glove Service" on the product page, all shipments coming via Freight are brought to the curbside only.  Unless "White Glove" is specified, freight shipping does not include “White Glove” service, assembly, installation or delivery inside a residence or office. Freight carriers do offer in-home or in-office delivery for an additional charge. Please inquire directly with the Freight company when they contact you.

Mama's Organic Baby does NOT offer Free Shipping to:

•  P.O. Boxes via UPS but do so with USPS
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico Guam,APO/AFO
• Canada

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguos States and International Shipping      
Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Miitary addresses, Guam will be contacted by us prior to shipping your order with the exact amount of the shipping fee and will need your approval before shipping out.  Military shipments are considered international by the USPS and require customs forms and special handling.  We do ship certain items  to Canada and other international address but require that you pay the actual cost of shipping which will be emailed to you and sent only upon approval.  You will be responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
