At Mama's Organic Baby, we hope that you enjoyed your shopping experience. We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. The return must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping cost back to Mama's Organic Baby or to the manufacturer. We do NOT accept any returns that have been washed, soiled, smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes, or other scents. Any items that are returned after 7 days of receiving the item and are acceptable for returns will ONLY be issued an in- store credit. This is done on an individual basis and need to be approved by Mama's Organic Baby in order to get an in- store credit.
For most items, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Mama's Organic Baby will be happy to process a return for you. Before you return an item please contact us at email@example.com and fill out a returns/exchange form which will be included in your return. Click here to download the return form.

Please note that the following items are NOT returnable:
- items must be unused
- items must be in their original packaging
- complete with tags, instructions and insert, where applicable
- custom made orders
- bedding and bath products due to hygiene ( is used or opened )
- underwear ( if used)
- cloth diapers and liners ( if used )
- nursing pads ( if used )
Unless otherwise specified by Mama's Organic Baby, all returns should be shipped directly back to the manufacturer who shipped it to you ( there should be a return address on the packaging), using the same method it was shipped ( UPS, freight, White Glove etc..) If you are uncertain about any of these details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please note that exceptions to products returned are all items that are custom made, which are noted on individual product pages.
Credit card holders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to the card used during checkout. Orders paid by check will receive a check back.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has be worn during the original trip out to you. If you are returning an item, please ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes that damage and contact email@example.com
as soon as possible.
If the item sent was incorrect or defective, please contact customer service within 48 hours for receipt of your products by phone or email. Please do not send back these items prior to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
or calling us ( 305) 892 0412. Our manufacturers must receive goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. Our manufacturers can not accept collect deliveries ( COD )
Please note, for items that include free shipping, customers will be responsible for round trip shipping costs on freight Delivery returns that are not damaged or incorrect ( these are typically larger/heavier items and are marked as shipping Freight on the product page )

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Mama's Organic Baby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
